American Promise Testimony in Support of Texas Bill HCR 34 for 28th Amendment

On March 30th, in Texas, the House State and Federal Power and Responsibility, Select Committee will hold a public hearing on HCR 34. American Promise submitted testimony to support this effort, led by Representative Rafael Anchia, urging Congress to propose and submit to the states for ratification an amendment to the U.S. Constitution overturning the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United v.
