A Vermont native, Marnie Walsh received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology with a Minor in Sociology from Stonehill College. Marnie holds a passion for inclusivity and political mobilization for all people. Marnie’s academic background has provided a crucial foundation of system-level thinking and community and equity-centered solutions. Her academic studies have focused on police brutality, racial injustices, and the advancement of racial equity in policy implementation across the criminal justice system. Marnie joined the American Promise team to fight for equitable democracy that is for all people.
