Randi Feinberg is the chief operating officer of American Promise. Since 2023, she has led our operational strategy and functions including human resources, finance, and information systems. Her focus is on developing scalable processes that enhance efficiency as the organization grows.

Feinberg has spent the past three decades building high-functioning organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she was the chief operating officer of the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance, supporting corporate executives seeking to use business as a force for social good. Previously, she was a consultant at Education Resource Strategies, a nonprofit helping urban school districts maximize impact for students. She began her career as a management consultant with Bain & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton. 

Feinberg lives in Massachusetts, and she is a graduate of Tufts University and the Yale School of Management.
