Democracy is Brewing: Denver, CO

I join the overwhelming majority of Americans to demand an amendment to the United States Constitution to end the domination of big money in politics and give voice to all Americans.
I will stand with all Americans, without regard to party or other differences, and urge all candidates and elected officials to do the same, in order to pass and ratify such a constitutional amendment as soon as possible.

Democracy is Brewing: Denver, CO

December 4, 2019 @ 6:15 pm - 8:30 pm MST

Organizing for Change:

A gathering to learn about the ongoing, cross-partisan movement to address the root causes of political dysfunction, through a Constitutional Amendment to limit Big Money and restore representative self-government.

Speaking will be American Promise President and Co-Founder Jeff Clements & Business for American Promise Program Leader Elizabeth Doty.

Tired of big donors and special interests calling the shots? Concerned that “pay-to-play” politics is pushing businesses to compete based on government favors, rather than the value they create in the marketplace? Join us to help limit Big Money and restore government’s accountability to the people it serves!

Whether your issue is the opioid crisis, the $21 trillion national debt, out-of-state spending in Colorado elections, a level playing field for business competition, affordable healthcare, or declining trust in U.S. institutions, effective and lasting reform requires that we reaffirm the Constitutional foundations for government of, by and for the American people.

6:15 – 8:30 pm: Networking, Cash-Bar & Food

7:00 – 7:30pm: Jeff Clements and Elizabeth Doty will report on the growing momentum around a 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and ways to take effective action in Colorado.

Hope to see you there!
