American Promise Testifies in Maryland for 28th Amendment

On March 10th, in Maryland, the Education, Health & Environmental Affairs Committee will hear testimony by Jeff Clements, President of American Promise, testifies in Support of the Amendment to the Constitution of the United States Proposed By Senate Joint Resolution 4 and House Joint Resolution 6.
