A Writing the 28th Amendment Session held at the 2018 National Citizen Leadership Conference.

An interactive session with AP Legal Counsel and Writing the 28th Amendment working group lead Johannes Epke. With the first Constitutional amendment in the digital age, there’s no reason why every American can’t be at the table. This session incorporates interactive polling on what the amendment needs to do and say, and is the fourth in a series of regional town hall meetings all over the country.
